This Lineated Foliage-gleaner (Syndactyla subalaris), "a rufous bird with a more rufous tail - flicks his tail as he calls - Rufous mourner-sized" was recorded 6/16/99, on the Sky Walk, near Santa Elena (Costa Rica). Those are Three-striped Warblers in the background.
